  • There seems to be only two people to provide support and they are unable to provide timely responses, even to people who have paid for their products. Response time on their website is in weeks and here, well, look at how many problems have been resolved.

    One hint, if you want to change the background color choose a background that looks good with black font because the font color will not change.

    Sorry to hear you’ve had all these issues. At the moment we are offering very timely responses on our forums for users of our premium themes. If you’re one of our paid customers who has received slow response times, please let me know where so I can investigate.

    Unfortunately it is quite difficult to offer timely support for free users. We do try, but it’s just the nature of free products. We do pick up and fix critical issues, but for general use questions, we rely on a combination of community support and users people documentation or watching our usage videos.

    The forums on our forums are both free and premium users – which is why you might see some threads with slow replies. They’re not all users of our paid products.

    My experience was exactly the opposite. I had some pretty awesome support for this plug-in via their web site, better than any premium account I have experienced, and I did not have a premium account. In the future, if the need arises, I will go to them first for any premium themes/plug-ins.

    Since this is free and open source software, which can be quite useful, and in which are invested thousands and thousands of hours, the plugin and and it’s support are superb (meaning, if any support question is answered it’s great).
