• We have purchased a pro version of visual portfolio. Requested a support for an issue (thumbnail is not appearing in individual pages). Without resolving the issue, they closed the ticket. They are not even bothered to give proper replay for the ticket.

    We don’t see a Pro license associated with your username in our system.

    Regarding thumbnails not appearing on individual project pages – if I understand your issue correctly (though details are limited) – our plugin works with your theme’s templates for this functionality. We don’t generate these pages directly. If the issue is with displaying galleries on Pages, we need more information from you.
