    Hi @osmams, did it eventually work out for you?

    One star seems harsh, but I am also waiting since five days, it is just nerve wrecking when you want to be compliant (that’s why I pay this plugin) and support does not react at all since a week. I wish I knew at least the reason for the silence. Maybe they are overworked, due to new regulations with 2025, or whatever.. but just no reaction is a bit disappointing.
