Support is not available even for pro subscribers

Two weeks ago asked support for help with the google analytics integration. A ticket was quickly created and I received a message for password access to the website. Created the password and sent it back. Since then, not one reply to my inquiry. Dissapointed to say the least.
Skip using this plugin and go to one of the ones that have developers that are interested in actually making their product work.
