Support is non-existent

I had an issue with the theme, posted a question to the forum, and nobody replied. Lately, there has been a lot of problems with Flash, and I am using it on a few websites. For instance, I have a problem with shopping cart display, the icon doesn’t show up. When I inspect the page, the element is there and the styling is applied, but it just doesn’t show. I am not posting this to the forum, because it is pointless – some questions there have been waiting for response for months.
