support is non-existent

I’ve been developing on WP for 20 years. This is the first theme that had Master Slider plugin installed by default. Not a good option. The settings for slide speed don’t adjust at all. Images are optimized for the slider as well. I’m going to use Revolution Slider on web development project instead of Master Slider. If developers don’t keep up with support and updates, they should delete the plugins.
