What’s happening with User ultra Pro’s support team? Has the plugin been abandoned? I have an urgent trouble tickets still unassigned after a week!

It’s true that the plugin has experienced some delays on the support and the updates were not as fast as they used to be.
A new company has adquired the plugin and the new version is up, please feel free to try it out. We have rebuilt the plugin from the ground offering a powerful plugin for free.
The support has been improved as well.
