  • The free version is good but bought the pro version so I could use the KML option.

    I am having issues and emailed support as requested.

    The Pro support is supposed to be 4 hours during business days but this is far from true.

    Logged support request 25/02/2020 – reply received 28/02/2020 (this is way more than 4 hours)

    28/02/2020 – ticket redirected to the developer. Requested an update 07/03/2020. It’s now 16/03/2020 and still no update.

    I am having to do the chasing. The pro support is far from pro support. This is the level of support I expect for a free version.

    Be aware that the pro support is definitely not that and expect a long-awaited response to any support requests.

    I am not requesting a refund as I need the KML option only available in the pro version.

    I only gave it 2 stars as the plugin works for the most part – otherwise, it would have been 1 star.

    Please be vigilant in your purchase from this greedy developer

    Similar experience with Pro. No response to tech query after 2 weeks. Digging into the system – file structures and database to try to fix the query myself found another issue. Some of the exported marker file content is not re-instated when imported – I was trying to create code to edit the exported file to insert a large number of locations from another app.

    Same here. Wrote a different review about it. Absolutely no response after repeated requests.

    My issue is still not sorted and I don’t have the time to chase up the developer. I have found an alternative solution and I won’t renew.
