    Support is essential for a sophisticated plugin like this. It does the job as advertised most of the time. But thinking of reverting for an alternative.

    We actually pride ourselves on excellent support, which is why we continue to grow after a decade in business.
    I see where you’ve posted recently in the community forums. Those aren’t our forums, and while we are active in them, there’s no guarantee of a quick response from plug-in developers there, so I’m not sure why you’d leave a bad review based on it.
