    I have been trying to fix an issue for more than a week with at best responses that are curt and "why are are bothering me with this" in nature.

    s2member gets 2 thumbs down from me.

    I've also been trying to fix an issue with S2 Member for over a week. I was directed to the free S2Member Forum, but the one person who responded only thanked me for bringing up the issue -- She didn't give any instruction. s2Member is the most difficult plug-in I've found. The instructions are often confusing, and though I seem to have set it up correctly based on the reams of instruction I've had to read/view, when users pay for restricted levels on my site, they get the Home page with the public navigation; not the restricted pages they paid for (proper page, proper URL, but unrestricted pages). It may be a good plug-in, but it shouldn't be so difficult to find support. Truly great products should be simple for the user, and well-supported by the developers for any version they put into the market. (easyenglish.us.com)
