    What is your “unanswered” support ticket #?

    Even if we really missed your ticket, why would you wait 13 days and then instead of asking for support in the “Support” section go straight to reviews?

    Actually support on our site is fine.

    I searched. I found 1 support ticket. Created 8/9/17 5:44 AM. Answered 8/9/17 12:53 PM.

    I also found one email. It was also promptly answered. Email (Wed, Aug 9, 2017 at 5:56 AM) Answer (Wed, Aug 9, 2017 at 1:08 PM)

    About your issue.

    You made a payment from email pa***nt@neoart.host

    As we told you twice, in the ticket and in the email.

    Login: Enter your email that you used to make an order

    if you login to that account (pa***nt@neoart.host), you will see your order info:

    But, it looks like you are waiting for your order to appear in the another account you created with email neo******ja@gmail.com.

    on that email no one have access due domain expiration, and that email is just for payment. So once again, made script available for my crew on second mail and all problems are gone!

    Please put yourself in our position.

    Someone made a purchase using the “corporate” email on the commercial domain @neoart.host.

    Then someone else from free anonymous @gmail.com email asking for that purchase to be transferred to him.

    Please understand that we can’t transfer account ownership to anyone who just asked for that.

    Please contact us directly with some prof that you are the same person who placed an order.

    PS: Why on earth would you have your PayPal account linked to the expired domain?

    Ok, so i Created account on your website to my corporate website email address pla**je@neoart.rs. my phone number you can get on website and call me for confirmation comunication
    PS adn i didn’t setup auto renewal for domain and $hIt happen.
