    The plugin is great although I ended up using another one, more suited to my specific needs. However, the support from WP Desk was very fast to reply to my email. Although the solution couldn’t be implemented at the time, they thanked me for feedback and made sure my suggestions are forwarded to the development team for potential future releases.
    So, engaging with me in such a positive way, without me even buying a plugin is a big pus from me.
