Support is completely useless

    The support is very poor. In my case they neither properly read nor understood my support thread.

    Therefore they asked mostly useless question that were of no real help for the solution of the problem.

    If you follow up they only answer after 4-5 days or not at all. The problem is still unsolved! Thats extremely demotivating and annoying.

    I am thinking of switching to an alternative solution.
