 * When a bot kept trying to make orders, support helped me to enable reCaptcha 
   and answered all my questions. Jamie in particular helped me the most, and he
   was patient and kind. He supplied screenshots with his instructions. Because 
   of my busy schedule, I couldn’t deal with things immediately, and he kept the
   ticket opened and helped me as I was able to reply. Thank you, PayPal!
