    Support has completely halted on the pro version over 2 weeks ago with no explanation. Looks like the same on the free version.
    What kind of company would do this to its customers?
    The pro versions support forum still shows normal support hours with a 48 hour response time (support was normally within 24 hours or less).
    It seems like management has no concern since it won’t even post an explanation.
    Even if this had something to do with the holidays it should have been announced in advance.
    Support was getting much better but now someone made a management decision to abandon all its customers and leave them scrambling to find a booking plugin from a reputable company. Shame!
