    2. Search before posting a new topic, there might already be a solution for your issue.
    3. Be descriptive and use accurate titles.
    4. Keep posts on-topic and relevant.
    5. Be as patient and polite as possible.
    6. Check your post for replies frequently. The topic will be closed and marked as resolved after 7 days of inactivity.
    7. Otherwise, close and resolve the topic yourself once you have a remedy so other users can benefit from your post.
