# Car Demon Support Guide – Start Here

 * Thanks for your interest in Car Demon.
 * If you’re here then you’re probably looking for setup information, theme information,
   have a question or comment, possibly want to report a bug and generally need 
   some support.
 * This post should serve as a general support guide.
 * If you;
 * 1. Have a setup question
 * Please start by reading the Startup Guide in the settings area then hop over 
   to CarDemons.com and read through our blog. We have lots of posts on setting 
   up Car Demon that should guide you in the right direction.
 * If you still have questions then read through some of the posts here. There’s
   a good chance your question has been asked and answered already.
 * If you still haven’t found an answer then you have two choices.
 * i. Post a question here. Keep in mind we only visit this forum right before and
   right after we publish an update. Questions posted in this forum may or may not
   receive a timely reply.
 * ii. If you need commercial assistance or help with one of our add-ons or themes
   then please fill out a comment form on our website.
 * 2. If you’ve found a bug:
 * If you’ve discovered a bug please contact us directly on our website. You’re 
   also welcome to publish it here so we can share the solution with the community.
   In the body of your message describe the bug with as much detail as possible.
   Include the theme you are using and a list of any PlugIns. It might also be helpful
   to list your WebHost. The more details you provide the easier it will be for 
   us to determine a solution.
 * 3. If you have purchased one of our Themes or add-ons and need assistance:

   Use the same email address from your purchase and include your order number if
   possible.
 * 4. If you’ve found the Car Demon PlugIn useful:
