I’ll be honest… I haven’t even tested out the functionality of the plugin yet; however, I am giving 5 stars for the support team alone. Our website was having issues when EventPrime was activated (it was causing our site to crash). I reached out for support, not expecting much, but wow did they go above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out. I will admit, I am not a web master whatsoever, so I really appreciate their detailed instructions and willingness to log into our wordpress and cpanel to find a solution. Truly more than I could have ever expected from a plugin support team.
For what it’s worth, the issue was we needed to increase our PHP memory limit and post-max_size. Neither of these issues were related to EventPrime, it just happened to show up when it was activated, but they didn’t just tell me “not our problem”. They took on this task head on over the course of about 5 days.
