Unfortunately, there DOES NOT seem to be support for this plugin.
I purchased the PREMIUM package with UNLIMITED support and have not received a reply from 2-months ago.
I think the guy might be deceased because it simply does not make any business sense to ignore your paying customers especially when they have a medium through which to air their grievances.
It’s a real shame because having tried a couple of others, it is essentially a good plug-in. It just needs supporting and a few things fixing or enhancing. I would happiliy pay more for it to get the results I’m after. Cool Timelines didn’t work for me, and neither did the Divi compatible Timeline Builder, so I’m now looking at http://demo.wponlinesupport.com/prodemo/timeline-and-history-slider-pro/horizontal-timeline/
@hg98 and anyone else – I have attempted a request for a full refund since without support, we’ve found the plug-in un-usable.
I have since gone on to to use https://www.wponlinesupport.com/wp-plugin/wp-featured-content-and-slider/ which with fantastic support from the developers has done the job perfectly. They also do https://www.wponlinesupport.com/wp-plugin/timeline-history-slider/ and loads of other nifty stuff so I’ve purchased to Lifetime pack with lots of other goodies: https://www.wponlinesupport.com/pricing/#fndtn-lifetime
Forget Divi Timeline plug-in, forget Cool Timelines, definitely forget Timeline Express.
@rubberneil – Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately I already have an active timeline using Timeline Express. My fear is that my timeline may disappear as my last timeline did using another plugin that is no longer being updated – MelonHTML5 – Timeline WP – STAY AWAY from that one, too. I had to recreate the whole timeline again.
