Support for SSL

Hello,

While logged in to an SSL/HTTPS site I have the toolbar and it’s causing https to not be valid throwing the console warning;

Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://ljlee.ca/’ was loaded over a secure connection, but contains a form which targets an insecure endpoint ‘http://codex.buddypress.org/’. This endpoint should be made available over a secure connection.

Basically all codex links and the search form are hard coded with http so don’t support https.

Would love this to be updated to be protocol agnostic.
