    Hello,
    I bought the pro version of the plugin and I sent you an email, but I didn’t received any answer.

    I need to fix a couple of issues about the slider dots

    @blackster000 which email did you send it from? Sorry we did not reply but cannot find it in our system. Could you resend or post your question here?

    @eedee Please do not ask for user’s email adresses.
    For PRO support ask them to contact you.
    Having a form on your site is better choice than giving email.
    As last resort you can give your email (and accept the consequences for publishing it in a public place), but do not ask users to publish their email.
