 * Is there any support for importing Posts 2 Posts linkages ([http://wordpress.org/plugins/posts-to-posts/installation/](http://wordpress.org/plugins/posts-to-posts/installation/))?
   Maybe by specifying an array of titles to link the post to?

 * Never tried with this plugin. Give a try and let me know if have nay issues. 
   In Ultimate CSV importer you have post_parent option where you can describe the
   parent post as ID to each post in csv.
