    Hello,

I have 1TB of Koofr storage I would like use for storing my site backups. Would it be possible to add support for Koofr via webdav ?

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi @djek

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The support for WebDav storage is already on our development roadmap of the pro version. In fact, we are also considering adding the support for Koofr storage in the pro version.

    Hi Tony,

That sounds great. I actually have a Pro licence of WPvivid backup so I’ll wait for this feature to arrive hopefully soon!

    Thanks a lot,

    Hi @tonyrobins

If you have any questions regarding Koofr API integration you can contact us at support@koofr.net

We also can’t wait for this integration!

    Hi Tony,

    Just a quick note.

After a very unpleasant and very unprofessional experience with Koofr, I decided to go with pCloud as my main backup storage.

Feel free to continue adding WebDav support but I am already happy with the current pCloud integration.

    Kind regards,

    Hi @djek

Thanks for the update and feedback.

    All the best,

    Hi @djek

As already said a few times in our support email thread we are sorry you found our upgrade price too high.

We don’t think it is fair to call a company unprofessional because they didn’t offer you a special discount you wished.

We hope pCloud works for you.

    Best,
    Luka

    Hello Luka,

    Just for the record:

I never said that your upgrade price was too high. In fact I find it very reasonable and I also never asked for a special discount so please stick to the facts.

My point is that you are not open to listen to feedback from your customers who can be great ambassadors for your product. Instead you are punishing them for having bought your product as an LTD offer from a third party vendor. Then you start creating artificial barriers which prevent us to make the best use of your product.

If you don’t want anymore LTD customers, then say it clearly and stop offering your product on StackSocial

    cheers,

Hello @djek could you be so kind to share with us what was the issue that you had with Koofr due to the fact you own an LTD licence? I also have the license from Stacksocial and I would like to have more information about this. Thanks.

Honestly speaking my experience with the support was nothing but great so far.

    Hi guys,

It’s time to close this WPvivid support thread.

    All the best,
