Support for Jetpack's Photon

    I’ve been using this plugin and it’s awesome! However the only thing I have is that some of the images that are being hosted externally do not have the option of HTTPS. Photon is something that does this. I noticed that all images are being cached by photon but not being served. My guess is because nelio is using custom functions. I was wondering if there was a way for me to add photon support?

    Hi Ivanovee!

    I plan to add support for photon in an upcoming release of our plugin. In the meantime, can you please further describe your particular issue?

    I think that if you’re “hotlinking” an external featured image that’s not using HTTPS, but HTTP, and your blog does use HTTPS, you’ll have some trouble (regardless of Photon). If that’s your case, make sure all the images you hotlink are HTTPS!
