Support for DHL shipping plugin setup

    Hello,

    We have downloaded and activated the Wooforce DHL shipping plugin but unfortunately we can’t get the plugin to display shipping rates on our website.

    We have an account with DHL which we would like the plugin to talk to and display the rates to our customers on our website. However when this plugin is enabled the website is currently saying no shipping methods available. I have entered in all the information I think it needs in the setup.

    Please can you advise what could be causing this & how we can fix this?

    Hi wearelittles,

    In admin settings, turn on debug mode. So you can see API request and response to check whether any error occurred or not.

    Hope this helps you to fix the issue.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I tried the debug option and it returned 2 DHL responses see below, what does this mean?

    Hi wearelittles,
    This is a public forum. So I request you to remove all your confidential data (Site ID, Password etc), while posting.

    From your API response it is showing height is a non deciamal number.
    Configure your product dimensions to avoid the issue.
