    Hi @ryan2685, I appreciate you getting back in touch!

    I have spoken at length with our QA team and other members of support about the problems you were having. There was a period where I was manually checking daily, trying to sync the templates unsuccessfully, although all sites were reporting back correctly when individually synchronized – suggesting no problem with the template. I appreciate that individual synchronization is a frustrating process with so many sites, but it’s not been a widespread issue so has been difficult to identify with the data we have available to us.

    The team were tracking log information from the process that may help us going forward and I apologize for any delays. Testing was taking place around some recently released and upcoming plugin versions at this time too that have tied up the QA team especially.

    We are still monitoring your account and will have eyes on it after the break on January 2nd when I will check in once again with them and hopefully have more information.

    hi @wfpeter thanks for getting back to me I really do appreciate it. I understand this seems to be a bit of a weird problem so I appreciate you all looking into this for us.

    If you can keep me updated on this it would be most apparechiated and if there is anything we can do to assist let me know!

    Hi @wfpeter I hope you are well I am reaching out as again we are nearly at the 1 month point since there has been any update on this, I look forward to your reply as we are really needing to get something sorted as this has been a ongoing problem for nearly 4 months now.

    I understand we are using the free support however a fundamental piece of wordfence isn’t working for us I hope you can understand why we keep chasing.
