support, faq and contact plugin

    Hello,

    I am looking for a full featured plugin that can handle faqs, knowledgebase support, ticketing and contact forms

    We have many visitors who use our contact forms while the answer is right there so i am looking for some faq/kowledgebase system that the user has to go through first before they can use or see the contact form or ticket system.

    Any ideas on this?
