# Support each other?

 * Hi all
 * I am sure I am not the only one that wants to keep what works.
 * But like several others, it seems we are running into issues.
 * Perhaps we can support each other with workarounds?
 * I want to m refresh my installation-but not lose the add-ins and data.
 * Suggestions?

 * Slimstat’s data are saved in a total of 4 database tables which all begin with‘
   slimstat’.
    You can backup either to whole database or only the 4 tables and 
   do a restore after you re-installed the plugin files.
 * As far as i can see these tables only store the data not the configuration.
 * For the configuration setting you can start from scratch after a re-install or
   copy the settings from the Maintainance tab to a text editor and paste them after
   re-install is finished.
