    An issue appeared that completely broke our website. The problem was clearly caused by Unlimited Elements, because everything returned to normal as soon as we disabled the app.

    We did find a setting inside the app that temporarily fixed the issue.

    On February 19, 2026, we contacted customer service and reported the problem in detail, expecting a quick response. As of March 9, 2026, their support team has only replied to say that the control we used inside their app to temporarily resolve the issue was not supposed to be used. That was the entire response. There was no investigation into the problem and no solution offered.

    We have now given them an ultimatum to get back to us. If they do not respond properly, we will remove the app and cancel the subscription.

    I honestly do not understand how businesses like this stay in business. Why sell a service if there is zero support when issues arise? 😕

    Hi, we couldn’t solve this issue, because google app is just interfering the ajax requests of jquery. If in the future we’ll know what to do we’ll let you know.
