    support doesn’t reply, licence doesn’t work.. waste of time

    support system sucks..everytime has to fill a new form ..there is no way to track support ticket in system… support doesnt reply already watiing several days now

    I’m sorry if you had a bad experience. But we answer all the tickets we received. Maybe we simply didn’t have the time to answer you if this is a recent ticket.

    Did you check your spam folder just in case? Can you give me the subject of your tickets so I can check if we have answered you and help you with it?
