    I have SEVERAL open ticked and ZERO response from support besides the automatic response form the system.

    Don’t understand why you treat paying customers like this. I have tickets open since July 1st without any response.

    @contact-banker can you at least reply here besides the normal message saying you will respond if we open a ticket? Because that is not true…
