 * Congratulations on developing what seems like a wonderful piece of software. 
   This is a pre-purchase question. Is it possible to create a support desk with
   this plugin, one which emails different managers depending on the type of ticket?

 * As of now it is not possible to create a support desk with RegistrationMagic 
   plugin. We have made a note of your requirement for review and analysis.
