Support calls aren’t responsive as I thought

Yesterday I chose to go for a PRO version so as to use my Twilio gateway account with this plugin. I though it is straight away. You pay and Stuff is downloadable and INSTALLABLE AND WORKING JUST LIKE THE DEMO I SAW. Fortunately, it is not so. an this team fix themselves with customer expectations……
