Support broke my site

I bought a plugin and faced a translation problem, when I wrote to support, they asked for a login from the WordPress admin panel, and then the data for connecting via FTP. I provided them with everything, after which I first received a non-working admin panel (error after authorization), and then a semi-working site. to my last letter with a request to restore the operation of my site to the state it was before their intervention, I did not receive an answer. I do not recommend.
