    Is there ANY kind of support after purchase?
    Purchased this for use with CCbill, and have been having problems since the second it was installed.

    The creator of the plugin tells users here at WP to contact them at their forum:

    Have not even received a response let alone support.
    Does ANYONE from the creators of this plugin provide support after paying for this plugin?

    Really can’t understand how a person can buy your plugin which comes with support but can’t get support OR EVEN an acknowledgment that one needs help with your plugin speaks volumes and is costing me MUCH more than your plugin costs.

  • Unfortunately, these forums aren’t at all the place for paid plugin support – per forum policy these forum only support free versions of plugins.

    A bit more patience than 3 days may be warranted :).

    Well, at this point my post here doesn’t even ask ‘for’ support, but DOES this plugin ‘after having purchased it come with support’.

    When a support policy and canned email directed at a paying customer says, “you get support within 24-48 hours”, one tends to think they will get that.

    But your comment is duly noted.

    Admittedly so, aside from a bit of integration help with processor that I need.. the plugin is definitely feature rich! And does a phenomenal job at what it is advertised for and much more.

    I understand your frustration totally :), but we’re kinda supposed to remind people of the policy. Also, FWIW, this is a likely vacation time and long holiday weekend in the US (I think they’re in the US) so that might be a factor. (Still doesn’t fix it for you I know…)
