    Hello,
    I bought the pro versions and did not get one message from you after that – I expected an automatized account affirmation mail, a download link or whatever.
    And no response to neither chat function on your website nor my mail to the support address.
    As you responded here in this forum you must be alive! I am happy to realize that and will soon hear from you, I hope.

    That was very quick, thank you, no problem, I assumed something like that.

    Edit: still not possible to log in with my credentials.

    You can reset the password using your registerd mail address.

    Please have a look at this video tutorial if you still face any problems regarding account and activation.
