 * Not sure if it is just my account but messaged support on Saturday and still 
   have not had a response. We have the Creator plan so supposed to have 24/7 support.
   Typically they get back to us within an hour.
 * Resetting browser clearing all cache and cookies did not help. Anyone else having
   issues?

 * You’ve come to the wrong site!
 * **WordPress.ORG** (where you are now) only builds and supports the free WordPress
   software. WordPress.org does not offer any hosting services and does not have
   any plans — so you couldn’t have purchased this “Creator Plan” from here.
 * It seems you meant to go to **WordPress.COM**, a hosting provider that happens
   to have a “Creator Plan”. If you’ve opened a support ticket with them already,
   I’d just wait for a response. But if you’d like to still post in their support
