I personally have a VFB PRO license for a couple different clients, so I have also brought up bug issues there. Nobody from PRO support is responding either. Does anyone know how to contact anyone else about this problem? Or how to report unresponsive support? The lack of response has been rather frustrating and if you PAY for the PREMIUM product there should be some sort of acknowledgement of the issue. * Thanks to anyone who might have any ideas on getting this bug fixed for so many users! I even paid the annual fee to extend support since my original 12 month license suspended. I guess since the last version of their product came out in August of 2021 should tell you something. I’ll feel bad if maybe he was like in a car accident or something and died. But, any responsible programmer would have a fall-back to inform their customers should something like that happen. I guess it’s time to give up and write it off. Not a encouraging situation with roughly 90 WordPress sites to convert and update. Yes, you could just leave it on your sites since for the most part it’s still working. But remember, you’re running a very old plugin. This opens the door for some very big security risks. Totally irresponsible at best. WpForms always seems to be 50% off, but going full price for renewals in perpetuity, essentially, is so expensive! * I might look at something like JotForm, embedded…I think their prices are a lot more reasonable. Just wish it was a plug-in.
