 * Support is slow, it does a basic job, nothing major can’t support multiple clients
   with multiple staff. everyone has the be under the same setup.. see support tickets
   raised

 * I apologize for this situation. Please let me know the tickets you are referring
   to assist. We are in the middle or an important maintenance release and this 
   caused a higher tickets traffic. We have been working really hard to help as 
   much as possible.
