 * Anyhow, to the point,
 * User sent a message two days ago, got two immediate replies.
    He presented 4 
   issues. 1. a problem with his site working, tough, but a problem 2. not really
   a problem, but I assume he was sure it was 3. a bug on some configurations, that
   we were not able to resolve yet 4. an issue that was never one.
 * His third email didn’t get a fast reply, he resent his message and than decided
   to post this “review” here. less than 48 hours from the original support request.
 * If anyone expects to get help in this time frame and this attitude, freely and
   quickly, I guess that you are in the wrong place. Find some other developer to
   bug, please 🙂
