Support?

Hi,

I have a paid version of this plugin and since installing it i found some features not working such as Instagram feed not showing, mycred Ranks and Progress not displaying on profile, actually its returning some sort of an error code. Theres some documentation for mycred showing that it is possible to display user rank and progress bar in the header but these options are no where to be found.

Anyway tried to submit a ticket, the page for paid customer support is not there. How can I contact them for support with the plugin issues?
