    We offer support to paying customers, and often to free ones too, depending on the issue. If you’re a paid version customer you can submit a ticket to support@soflyy.com, or e-mail me directly at louis@soflyy.com if for some reason you are unable to receive e-mails from our ticketing system.

    I just did a pre-buy question and I am getting all the support.
