Suport Takes to Long and Impossible to Customise

The plugin initially works great until the point that you need any kind of support. It can take up to a week to get a reply. I also asked for and offered to pay for a short bit of CSS code to hide some extra space on the tooltip cards.

After a month of following up and many promises to send it to me, I had to cancel the project because I couldn’t present the client a final project.

I’m extremely disappointment that the lack of support meant that the client cancelled the project I was working on.

I would never recommend this plugin – especially not paying for premium – because the after sales support is hopeless.
