# Superhero Child Theme – Customizing Header

 * First, I LOVE this theme. Thank you!
 * I’m new to CSS — sorry!
 * I’d like to make my header wider (1220px) and possibly taller (200px) although
   I may wait until I know more for the height change. I’ve watched tons of youtube
   videos and searched the forums, but I think I’m missing something.
 * I created a child theme. I have a style.css file. I’ve tried many variations,
   but my changes never stay saved. I’m doing something along these lines in the
   Editor section:
 * #element.style {
    width: 1220px; } #masthead { color: #FFFFFF; margin: 25px auto;
   max-height: 150px; min-height: 50px; width: 1220px; } article, aside, details,
   figcaption, figure, footer, header, hgroup, nav, section { display: block; }
 * Thanks for any help you can offer. Additionally, do you happen to know if anyone
   sells 30 minutes of wordpress design teaching at a time? I’d love to learn this
   is small does. I’m committed to getting it!
