# Superb tech support

 * I hit a problem with moving a site using the site restore function of the software.
   It turned out to be MYSQL incompatibility, where the site was on an up to date
   version and was being moved to a server with an old version. Imran and the team
   worked tirelessly, trying several different things, until they tracked the problem
   down. Which was actually NOT the fault of the software at all.
 * I am very impressed, considering I paid less than 100 dollars I got my money’s
   worth in tech support alone!
