Please be gentle! I am new to multisite (using WP 3.0.3).
I have WP multisite set up on my main domain. Today I added mummysite.com/child1 and out of sheer laziness I used the same admin email as the mummysite.com (the user from the mummysite.com was added to mummysite.com/child1. The username/password for both sites are the same).
General question – After logging in I realized that mummysite.com/child1 has the Superadmin controls just like the mummysite.com. Is it that the Superadmin power resides with the user, so as long as I am logged in with that username, regardless of which subsite I am on, the Superadmin controls will always be there?
Problem – I’ve added a few posts to to mummysite.com/child1 and added both tags and a category to each post. All the categories and tags are listed if I click the ‘Categories’ and ‘Post Tags’ options. However, in the Posts list, each post shows ‘uncategorized’ and ‘no tags’. The categories and tags exist, but they are not being attached to the posts.
Any information will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
