    We are very happy to use this plug-in tool on our website, we created a customer survey page with the very simple to use interface, and we have some technical difficult on how to capture the form data to feed to our in house developed API and save to DB; The supporting team are very knowledgeable and provide great details with code samples on how to extract the data as the way we wanted it.

    Bottom Line:
    Super easy to use, very powerful tool, excellent support!
