   problem — BetterDocs wasn’t inheriting the header from my Resonance theme — and
   instead of pointing me to documentation, she diagnosed the exact cause, built
   three ready-to-use template files in their test environment, verified them against
   my actual theme, and delivered a solution that worked on the first install. When
   I followed up with two more issues, she came back with precise, technically detailed
   answers that explained not just what to do but why the problem was happening 
   in the first place. That level of support is rare. If you are running BetterDocs
   on a complex theme setup, the support team knows the product inside and out. 
   Five stars without hesitation.
