Support » Plugin: WordPress Social Share, Social Login and Social Comments Plugin - Super Socializer » Super Socializer Login Widget – Local Login?

  • I added the login widget to my sidebar. It says Login with your Social Account and shows icons for the social networks I enabled. But there is no box to type a (local) site login and password. The screenshot for the plugin at shows a box with username, password, social login, etc. How can I get the widget to look more like the wp-login page (plugin screenshot), with local user management in addition to the social icons?

    The plugin screenshot is of the login page. If you have enabled social login icons at login form from Advanced Configuration section at Super Socializer > Social Login page in admin area, you will see the same at your website’s login page.
    To show social login icons with login form in widget area:
    1) Install plugin
    2) Enable a Text widget from Appearance > Widgets page in admin area, in the widget area where you want to show login form with social login.
    3) Place following content in the Text widget, you just enabled and save the widget:

    <?php echo do_shortcode('[TheChamp-Login title="Login with your social ID"]'); ?>
    <h4>OR Login using email</h4>
    <?php wp_login_form(); ?>

    Thanks for posting the code. I added Code PHP in Widget and saved the code. This gave us the desired login box, which appears below the fold in the sidebar at

    One thing, though, the box does not have a link to ../wp-login.php?action=register for new users to register. A visitor is only taken to the WP registration page if they click Login with invalid or no credentials. Is there a way to add a registration element to the Login box?

    I appreciate your taking the time to respond.

    To include a link to registration page, add following code in the widget where you want to display the link:
    <a target="_blank" href="<?php echo home_url(); ?>/wp-login.php?action=register">Register</a>
    You can change the registration page url in above code, if your website has a custom url.

    Perfect. Thanks!
    I reduced the text and added Register | Logout choices. Here is the final code:

    <?php echo do_shortcode('[TheChamp-Login]'); ?>
    <?php wp_login_form(); ?>
    <a target="_blank" href="<?php echo home_url(); ?>/wp-login.php?action=register">Register</a> | <a href="<?php echo home_url(); ?>/wp-login.php?action=logout">Logout</a>
