  • I’ve been looking for quite some time for an uber-simple image upload plugin for wordpress. I used to use one with b2, just called the “b2 image upload plugin”, which I loved. Here’s what I want to do:
Click “Add Image” or something from the posting screen. A small window pops up with a file upload button and a field for a description. When I select the file on my hard drive, and enter the description, and click “Upload”, the image file is uploaded, and within that same little popup window, I now see an “upload successful” or whatever sort of message, along with an “Add image code to post!” button. When you click that button, the <img> tag is plopped into the post I was writing, and the popup window closes.
I appreciate the plugins designed for real image management, but I just want a quick & dirty one that just lets me easily drop an image into a post from my hard drive with very few mouse clicks.
    Any such thing exist?
